1. All products, except products that are prohibited from being returned (all types of hygiene products - underwear, jewelry, unboxed cosmetics, etc.) within 14 days (as well as product replacement and (subject to clauses 2, 3, 6, and 7 of the return policy) can be returned or exchanged.  


  1. If the purchased product is damaged by the buyer (if the product is used,
    the label is removed, or if the box of the boxed products is damaged), the purchased product is not returned or exchanged. 
     


  1. When returning the product, the sales receipt for the purchased product, etc., purchase documents must be
    submitted in full by the buyer to the seller. Otherwise, product returns or exchanges are prohibited. 
     


  1. If, after reaching the delivery address and contacting the customer, the customer does not respond to the means of communication or refuses to accept his order, in this case, the seller is not responsible. 
     


  1. When returning or exchanging the product, it must be accompanied by its packaging, purchase documents, and accessories (if it is a product with accessories). 
     


  1. During the change, the consumer is given the opportunity to change once. A consumer cannot change the chosen size,
    color, etc., more than once. The Seller bears no responsibility if the buyer experiences problems again after a replacement. 
     


  1. The delivery fee for the replacement must be paid by the customer. Only if the product is found to have a problem the Seller will cover the delivery fee.
